This site is for providing information about the hotel and directing enquiries to us via WhatsApp. You agree not to misuse the site — for example, attempting to access the admin area without authorisation, submitting false information, or using the site in any way that could damage or overload it.

2. Bookings

We do not take bookings or take payment through this website. All bookings are made by contacting us directly via WhatsApp, and are only confirmed once we've replied confirming availability. A booking is not guaranteed until we've confirmed it to you directly.

3. Payment

Payment is made by bank transfer (BACS) or in cash, as agreed when you book. We do not take payment through this website itself — we'll never ask you to enter card details or pay through any form on this site.

5. Check-in / check-out

Check-in is from 2:00 PM (1400 hrs) and check-out is by 11:00 AM (1100 hrs). We operate 24/7 with manned customer service — if you let us know your expected arrival time in advance, we may be able to accommodate early check-in, subject to availability. 6. Guest conduct and house rules

Guests are expected to treat the hotel, its staff, and other guests with respect. We reserve the right to refuse service or ask a guest to leave, without refund, in cases of damage to property, abusive behaviour, or breach of these terms.

We take reasonable care to keep our premises safe, but we do not accept liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings except where caused by our negligence. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law.

8. Content and intellectual property

The text, photos, and design of this website belong to Stratford Hotel Ltd or are used under licence. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our permission.

9. Guest reviews

Reviews published on this site are genuine reviews from real guests, published with their consent. We do not publish fabricated reviews, and we do not compensate anyone for leaving a review. If you believe a published review is inaccurate or shouldn't be there, contact us and we'll look into it.
